The Midnight Library by Matt Haig. I finished this book yesterday. This is one of the most fantastic books I have come across in quite some time.
Plot: Nora is disappointed with the failures in her life and attempts suicide. She finds herself in a library between life and death, where she gets to explore alternative versions of her life. The appeal lies in discovering whether the lives we imagine for ourselves would actually make us happier. As she explores these possibilities, she begins to find closure to her regrets.
This book made me look back at my own life and move forward. It has helped me reflect on my regrets differently.
It's rare to come across a book that leaves such a positive impact on you.
Loved this book!
My rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
